They were very quick at cashing my cheque for $17.12, for which I was supposed to receive a set of religious medallions. I wrote them several times, (they had no phone listed) and received no acknowledgment of any kind. Finally this one-way correspondence got my dander, and I wrote Star Probe, who, after several months, were able to get me a refund. The Franklin Mint wrote that the medallions HAD been shipped out and were "no doubt, lost or stolen in the mail." Good luck with your Impact column. Thank you for your letter and good wishes. We are pleased that Star Probe was able to be of service to you, and, hopefully "Impact!" can help some of our own local readers who find themselves in situations similar to yours. We certainly intend to try our best, and perhaps with a much smaller volume of mail than that of a large daily newspaper, we can expedite problems a little faster.
