Give advice
to halt fumes
The ministry of the en-
vironment this week suggested
that the odors from diesel trucks
could be eliminated if the
operators put a plastic hose from
the exhaust into a barrel of
water.
The information came after
council had requested some
assistance to answer complaints
from neighbors of Don Haines,
Carling St., who operates three
diesel trucks to pull mobile
homes.
The imformation regarding the
solution will be passed onto Mr.
Haines.

Before you invest-investigate. That is sound advice any time. Even more so in these times
of shortages and "padded" prices. Try to find time to compare, add together all the features
you want most in a winter tire-then check Canadian Tire prices. You'll be glad you did!
