vows in Grace Bible Chapel, Parkhill, Saturday September 7. The bride
is the daughter of Gerald and Elaine Charlton of Parkhill and the
groom is the son of Bruce and Eunice Fuller of Ravenswood. After
holidaying in Northern Ontario, the couple will reside in Parkhill.

Brides choose mums for fall weddings

St. Peter's Roman Catholic
Church, St. Josephs was
decorated with baskets of purple
and white gladiola for the
September 7th wedding of
Marlene June Tyler to James
Stephen Regier,
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Gerald Tyler, Dash-
wood, and the groom is the son of
Mr, and Mrs. Clement Regier,
RR 2, Zurich.
Father Bensette performed the
ceremony and, music was
provided by Mrs. Henry Rau,
Ann Marie Hoffman of Dashwood
was the soloist.
Given in marriage by her
father the bride chose an empire
waisted gown of silk organza over
taffeta featuring a gathered, full
skirt which swept into a back
train. The dress was trimmed
with french lace as was her two-
tiered silk-illusion veil which was
held with a crown like cap.
She carried a bouquet of pink
roses accented with baby's
breath.
Glenda Wuerth of RR 1, Grand
Bend was the maid of honour and
her attendants were Janet Masse,
cousin of the groom, Sandra
Tyler, sister of the bride,
Geraldine Tyler, sister of the
bride and flower girl, Tracy
Ferreira, cousin of the bride.
The attendants were dressed
alike in deep purple polyester
cashmere gowns with white
ribbons accenting the sleeves,
and bodice, flowing into long ties
at the front of the gown. They
carried mauve and white daisies
with baby's breath.
The best man was Denis
Regier, brother of the groom, and
the guests were ushered by Steve
Durand, Kenneth Regier, Gerald
Tyler, David Regier and Carl
Tyler. Dean Regier, nephew of
the groom was the ringbearer
and master of ceremonies was
Alphonse Creces of RR 1, Dash-
wood.
A reception followed at the
Dashwood Community Centre.
For a wedding trip to Niagara
Falls and the Northern United
States, the bride chose a pale blue
dress trimmed with lace and a
pink rose corsage.
The couple will reside at RR 2,
Zurich.

Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
Church was decorated with
candelabra, white daisies and
yellow mums for the Sept, 21
wedding of Deborah Ann Camp-
bell to John Joseph Glavin.The
bride is the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Kenneth Campbell RR 2,
Ailsa Craig and. the groom is the
SOD of Mr. and Mrs. John G.
Glavin, RR 2, Lucan,
Father Mooney officiated and
music was provided by Bob
McIntosh. Ann Marie Hoffman of
Dashwood sang the solo.
Given in marriage by her
father, the bride chose a gown of
nylon chiffon accented by a
flowing train, ruffles and lace
inserts. The gown featured long
sleeves with floral embroidery on
the cuff and bodice. Her waist
length veil was held with a pearl
beaded crown. She carried a
cascade of yellow roses and white
stephanotis.
Debbie Lewis was the maid of
honour and Maureen Glavin,
sister of the groom, Joanne
Cronyn and Donna Glavin, sister
of the groom, were bridesmaids.
The attendants wore gowns of
mint green polyester satin with
wide brim white hats. They
carried crescents of white mums,
miniature yellow carnations, and
orange sweetheart roses.
Joe Glavin, brother of the
groom was the best man and
guests were ushered by Danny
Lewis Donald iVillison and Larry
Glavin.
After a reception at the
Crediton Community Centre the
couple left for a wedding trip to
Niagara Falls.
For her going away outfit the
bride chose a one piece navy
jumpsuit with a red, white and
blue patterned blouse,
The couple will reside at 284

St. James Anglican church of
Clandeboye was the setting of the
September 7th wedding of Lorna
Marie Mawson, daughter of Mr.
Gordon Mawson, RR 8, Parkhill
to Robert James Latta son of Mr.
and Mrs. Robert Latta, Clan-
deboye,
Reverend John Hofland of-
ficiated. Candelabra entwined
with Shasta daisies and baskets
of daisies and blue and white
mums decorated the church.
Mrs. Ken Latta was the soloist
organ.
The bride, given in marriage
by her father, chose a traditional
gown of crystal peau fashioned in
Victorian lines with victorian
sleeves and. lace insert creating a
bib effect. A natural waistline
accented with a bow back and
front with billowing skirt with
ruffle trim, continued into a laee
chappel train.
Her headpiece was of Venetian
lace with a shoulder length
layered veil accented with seed
pearls, She carried a nosegay of
white roses with tinted blue and
white mums and baby's breath,
Mrs. Eugene Glavin was the
maid of honour and the
bridesmaids were Joyce Smith
and Joanne Latta, sister of the
groom. Tracey Mawson and
Bonnie Lewis nieces of the bride
were flower girls. They were all
gowned alike in a powder blue
swiss dotted polyester sheer with
sweetheart necklines and short
puffy sleeves and tie backs. They
wore white picture hats trimmed
with lace and carried bouquets of
yellow daisies and blue and white
mums.
The best man was Frank Miller
and ushers were Lloyd Mawson,
brother of the bride and Don
Latta brother of the groom.
A reception followed at the
Lucan Arena .
To travel to Northern Ontario
the bride chose a pant outfit of
hunter green and white and a
corsage of yellow carnations.
The couple will reside at RR 8,
Parkhill,
