Arts degree in Psychology, on
June 4, 1974 at the University of
Western Ontario Spring Convoca-

Zion West held their Sunday
School Anniversary on Sunday
with a large congregation and
many visitors. Rev, August
Meacham personnel officer for
London Conference was guest
speaker, speaking on "Loving
you for no reason at all".
Special music for the service
was provided by the choir and
junior choir under the direction of
the organist, Mrs. Lorne Hern.

attended the Miss Matthews
School closing exercises on
Thursday afternoon at St. Pauls
Cathedral, London.
During the programme, Fred
Dobbs III was the recipient of an
award for highest scholastic
achievement.
Following a reception in the
Hem sang a solo, accompanied
by Mrs. Philip .johnia.
Mrs, Mills.' read an article,
"The truth about mission today",
Rau call was answered with
recipe exchange,
Letters were read from Rev,
Geraldine Reid, New Brunswick
and the Archibald Institute,
Trinidad.
Articles for Africa are to be
brought in to the August meeting.
A bountiful supply of clothing was
brought in for a bale to go to
Southampton.
Guild Room,l'he Fred Dobb's Jr.
entertained at a dinner party in
honor of their children.
Former Rector
Mr. & Mrs. Heber Davis spent
several days recently at Lions
Head and while there they at-
tended a wedding at St.
Margarets Church, Cape Chin.
A former rector of St.
Patrick's, Saintsbury, the late
Canon James, designed and
directed the building of the
church and dedicated it to the
memory of his wife, Margaret.
It is now a memorial chapel
with two regular services each
year,

at the Pinery on Sunday,

Mrs. Earl Greenlee and friends
are sponsoring a miscellaneous
shower for Kathy Cunningham,
bride-elect of June, on Friday
evening in St. Pa tricks Parish
Hall, Saintsbury. All interested
friends are welcome.

University of Western Ontario at
convocation. She received
Bachelor of Arts , degree with a
major in Home Economics. Betty
Jean plans to attend Althouse
College of Education in the fall.
She was a former graduate of
South Huron District High School.
Business Graduate
David J. Coaling, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Floyd Coaling, Mitchell
graduated with honours in
Business Administration from the
University of Western Ontario. He
received his degree on Thursday
at convocation in Alumni Hall,
Dave was a former student. of
Mitchell High School. He'. has
accepted a position with the
Chartered Accountancy firm of
Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co.
in the London office, He is married
to the former Joanne Templeman
of Staffa.
