With improved weather con-
ditions this week, everything is in
readiness for Friday's Hully
Gully canoe race. All proceeds
will go to CFPL's Bunny Bundle
in aid of crippled children.
Randy Collins, the operator of
Hully Gully who is sponsoring the
race in conjunction with the
Bayfield Lions club says a
number of celebrities will be in
some of the races.
Six events are scheduled and
three will cover an 11 mile course

organize an intermediate girls
softball team in Exeter.
Bill Brock who has coached
Usborne township girls teams for
several years has called a
meeting for Monday night, April
15 at 8 p.m. It will be held at room
116 at South Huron District High
School.
Any ladies 16 years of age and
over who wish to play this
summer are urged to attend
along with anyone male or
female who could help as
manager or coach.
An Exeter team could still be
entered in a district league which
last year included clubs from
Carlingford, Fullarton, Munro,
Uniondale, Staffa, Cromarty,
