News from
Huron Park
By TOM LESSARD
The Santa Claus parade held
Sunday was a huge success.
Children all over the park braved
the cold to receive bags of candy
and to wish Santa a Merry
Christmas. Santa's helpers and
the firemen wish each and every
one of you the best of the holiday
season. Chief Robichaud also
would like to remind you to be
extra careful with your
Christmas decorations.
What's going to happen to Hall
Lamp? Besides a few employed
by Massey Ferguson the
remaining machines and
equipment as well as the em-
ployees stand idle. At least until
after the holidays.
With the children out of school
and the heavy snowfall there will
be an awful lot of activity out of
doors and on the streets. Drivers
of cars and snowmobiles are
urged to use extreme caution.
I would like to wish everyone in
the Park a very safe and Merry
Christmas.
