After the program the group,
about 75 in number moved
downstairs, where tables had
been set up for lunch.
Hostesses were the December
program committee under the
leadership of Mrs. Bruce Shapton
and members of` the executive.
Church Service
Sunday was "Men's Day" at
Zion United Church. Steve
Dundas was chairman for the
morning service. A number of
men composed the choir and sang
two numbers under the direction
of Rev. Douglas Warren.
For the offertory Steve Dundas
and Doug Lewis played a violin
and organ duet. Reg. Finkbeiner
gave the children's story "The
world's most marvellous tool."
Harry Schroeder read the
Scripture and Ray Morlock led ill
prayer.
Bill Coghlin, member of the
London Police. Band, was,
present. He., played several
numbers on the bagpipes and led
the congregational singing of
Amazing Grace. His skill on the
pipes is attested by the fact that
he was chosen to pipe the Queen
into the dining room during her
visit to London last summer. He
was ' introduced to the
congregation by Alf Smith.

allocation be designated

Irwin, and Paul Webb,
missionaries in Korea and Hong
Kong, missionaries who left this
charge for work in these areas.
In this connection Rev. Harold
Dobson told of the work of the
