Your vast knowledge has won awards for your paper at weekly newspaper conventions, but surely this must have been for your "Batten Around" or other "chit-chat", because it's obvious that it wasn't for your knowledge of the Municipal Act. May I suggest you take time to read Volume 3 of the Revised statutes of Ontario, page 956, section 147-1, which you have in your office, and then you will realize what a STUPID editorial you wrote in the Aug. 30th edition of the T.A. Yours truly, Murray A. DesJardins Grand Bend Editor's comment - Sorry, Mr. DesJardins, we don't have the book to which you refer. Would you be so kind to inform our readers what information is contained therein to back up your opinion regarding the editor's stupidity.
