ANNOUNCEMENT
For Commencement of the School Year, 13 -14
ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
On Tuesday, September 4, 1973 the opening day of school, all
public elementary schools will follow regular morning hours
and students will be dismissed before 12:00 noon.
Kindergarten pupils will begin during the week of September 4
on the timetable previously arranged between the parents and
the principal. Parents wishing to register students or desiring
further information should contact the principal of the school
during the week of Monday, August 27 to August 31, 1973,
Forest Central and Forest Woodside
Pupils in kindergarten to grade 4 will enrol at Central Public
School and pupils in grades 5 to 8 will enrol at Woodside
Public School.
For students from Kettle Point, contact Mr, Beverly Bressette for
information regarding transportation.
Aberarder and Errol
Kindergarten and grades 7 and 8 students from Errol will at-
tend Aberd rder Public School, For information contact the Prin-
cipal, Mr. Bice, Aberarder during the week of August 27 to
August 31. Bus routes will be the same as last year, For further
information contact Kernohan Motors, Forest, Enrolment limits
at Errol may make it necessary for some Errol area children in
grades 1 to 6 to attend Aberarder as has already been arrang-
ed with the Principal. New families in the Errol area should in,
quire at Errol regarding school accommodation.
Kinnaird Public School
Bus routes will be the same as last year. For kindergarten infor.

Bosanquet Central School
All students will be picked up at the usual bus stops on the first
day, September 4, 1973, and necessary adjustments will be
made during the first week of school.
Kindergarten
Parents of all registered kindergarten children ffom Arkona,
Bosanquet, Thedford and Kinnaird areas will receive informa-
tion by mail regarding the date for first attendance at
Kindergarten. Class lists will also be posted at the Bosanquet
Central School. New families with kindergarten children must
contact the school during the week of August 27 to August 31
to register a kindergarten pupil,
Grand Bend Public School
All students living north and east of the Pinery Entrance will be
transported to Grand Bend School.
SECONDARY SCHOOL
NORTH LAMBTON SECONDARY SCHOOL
—On September 4th all buses will arrive for 9:30 a.m.
—Buses will leave the school at 12:00 noon,
—Beginning September 6th buses will leave the school at
3:35 p,m. each day.

relatives. They are now busy
moving Rosaleen's furnishings to
their home in Exeter.

Ross Love. A family gathering
was held Sunday at the home of
Mr. & Mrs. Clare Love and
family, Sarnia, for a birthday
party for Grandma.

to his home at Kippen after
spending three weeks' holiday
with his aunt and uncle, Mr. &
Mrs. Alphonse Grenier.
Weekend visitors at the home
of Mr. & Mrs. Alphonse Grenier

London; Cathy. Grenier,
Burlington; and Mr. & Mrs. Leo

Mrs. Alphonse Grenier spent a
few days last week with her

Around 50 friends and relatives
were in attendance Saturday
night at Shipka Community
Centre when the family of Mr.
and Mrs, John Kingma Sr.
arranged a surprise party in
honor of their parent's 35th
wedding anniversary.
Mrs. Kingma's brother, Mr.
and Mrs. John Talma, Wisonsin,
and her sister, Mr. and Mrs.
Peter Toornstra and family,
Hensall attended the celebration.
Also attending were the
couple's immediate family of five
children, and their eight grand-
children: Mr. and Mrs, Cliff
MacDonald, Bobby, Brenda,
Billy and Brent, Exeter; Harry
Kingma and friend; Sam Kingma
and friend; Mr. and Mrs. Wesley
Hodgson, Debbie, Kelly and
Mary, Ailsa Craig; and Mr. and
Mrs. John Kingma Jr. and
Michael.
The couple were honored with
many gifts .
