Kindergarten pupils will begin during the week of September 4 on the timetable previously arranged between the parents and the principal. Parents wishing to register students or desiring further information should contact the principal of the school during the week of Monday, August 27 to August 31, 1973, Forest Central and Forest Woodside Pupils in kindergarten to grade 4 will enrol at Central Public School and pupils in grades 5 to 8 will enrol at Woodside Public School. For students from Kettle Point, contact Mr, Beverly Bressette for information regarding transportation. Aberarder and Errol Kindergarten and grades 7 and 8 students from Errol will at- tend Aberd rder Public School, For information contact the Prin- cipal, Mr. Bice, Aberarder during the week of August 27 to August 31. Bus routes will be the same as last year, For further information contact Kernohan Motors, Forest, Enrolment limits at Errol may make it necessary for some Errol area children in grades 1 to 6 to attend Aberarder as has already been arrang- ed with the Principal. New families in the Errol area should in, quire at Errol regarding school accommodation. Kinnaird Public School Bus routes will be the same as last year. For kindergarten infor. motion see Bosanquet - Kindergarten, Bosanquet Central School All students will be picked up at the usual bus stops on the first day, September 4, 1973, and necessary adjustments will be made during the first week of school. Kindergarten Parents of all registered kindergarten children ffom Arkona, Bosanquet, Thedford and Kinnaird areas will receive informa- tion by mail regarding the date for first attendance at Kindergarten. Class lists will also be posted at the Bosanquet Central School. New families with kindergarten children must contact the school during the week of August 27 to August 31 to register a kindergarten pupil, Grand Bend Public School All students living north and east of the Pinery Entrance will be transported to Grand Bend School. SECONDARY SCHOOL NORTH LAMBTON SECONDARY SCHOOL —On September 4th all buses will arrive for 9:30 a.m. —Buses will leave the school at 12:00 noon, —Beginning September 6th buses will leave the school at 3:35 p,m. each day. Mrs, Margaret Brooke is visiting friends at Sundridge. Dr. & Mrs. Bill Scheafer and family are spending a few days in Montreal. Velma Doupe and Mrs. Annie O'Ligny, St, Marys were Sunday guests of Mr. & Mrs. Herman Paynter. David Hazelton, Hamilton visited with David Robinson. George Burgin and David, and Bill Elston spent the weekend at a steam show at Bridgen, Mrs. Harry Burgin and Mrs, Stuart Shier spent three days at St. Thomas at a U.C.W. meeting at Alma College. Dashwood folk enjoy vacations BY MRS. IRVIN RADER Mr. & Mrs. Ken Clark, Dresden, and their grand- daughter, Cindy Burgess, Wallaceburg, visited with Mrs. Martha Miller last week. Bill and Mike Chandler spent last week at Wiarton with Mr, & Mrs. Bill Fraser. Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Rader vacationed last week at Wasaga Beach and other northern places. Milt Haugh spent last week with his daughter and family, Mr. & Mrs. Mike Burke and Susan. They spent the weekend here with him prior to leaving for their vacation. Mr. & Mrs. Bill Berends have returned from a most enjoyable honeymoon to the West Coast. They called on many friends and relatives. They are now busy moving Rosaleen's furnishings to their home in Exeter. Mr. & Mrs. Don Love, Dan and David, Sudbury, spent last week with Don's parents, Mr. & Mrs. Ross Love. A family gathering was held Sunday at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Clare Love and family, Sarnia, for a birthday party for Grandma. Robert McGregor has returned to his home at Kippen after spending three weeks' holiday with his aunt and uncle, Mr. & Mrs. Alphonse Grenier. Weekend visitors at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Alphonse Grenier were Mr. & Mrs. Glen Baker, London; Cathy. Grenier, Burlington; and Mr. & Mrs. Leo Janisse, London. Mrs. Alphonse Grenier spent a few days last week with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Richard Rader, Kitchener. Mr. & Mrs. Alphonse Grenier spent the weekend in Niagara Falls. Rev. & Mrs. Bruce Guy have returned from their holidays when they enjoyed camping and visiting from Gananogue to Windsor. Allan Gaiser was a camper at Camp Menesetung near Goderich Mr. & Mrs. Paul Watson and family vacationed at Timmins and other northern points. Little Christopher Watson was a house guegt with Mr. & Mrs. Charles Martene while his family was on vacation. Mr. & Mrs. Don Bender and boys vacationed at Moosonee Ed Nadiger and Cliff Penhale are patients in South Huron hospital, Exeter. By MRS. HUGH MORENZ Around 50 friends and relatives were in attendance Saturday night at Shipka Community Centre when the family of Mr. and Mrs, John Kingma Sr. arranged a surprise party in honor of their parent's 35th wedding anniversary. Mrs. Kingma's brother, Mr. and Mrs. John Talma, Wisonsin, and her sister, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Toornstra and family, Hensall attended the celebration. Also attending were the couple's immediate family of five children, and their eight grand- children: Mr. and Mrs, Cliff MacDonald, Bobby, Brenda, Billy and Brent, Exeter; Harry Kingma and friend; Sam Kingma and friend; Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Hodgson, Debbie, Kelly and Mary, Ailsa Craig; and Mr. and Mrs. John Kingma Jr. and Michael. The couple were honored with many gifts . Sandra Baker begins her second year of training for a laboratory technologist, Mon- day, at the Stratford General hospital. Mr. & Mrs. Doug Russell spent last week at Manitoulin Island visiting with Mr. & Mrs. Eric Eagleson. Connie Russell spent the week with her grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Cliff Russell. Sandra, Nancy & Donna Baker, and Tony Regier of Detroit spent Friday at Niagara Falls. Mr. & Mrs. Tom Russell, Grand Bend spent the weekend in Belle River with her parents Mr. & Mrs. Michael Schiebel.
