FRANK PLUMB GRAND BEND Louise Panet, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Panet, Grand Bend has been awarded a $750 entrance scholarship from Carling Breweries Ltd. .The company awards three such scholarships to students entering the Hotel and Food Administration Program at the University of Guelph. The recipients are the three students achieving the highest standing in year 5 (grade 13). Louise was an Ontario scholar and just graduated from South Huron District High School.
