Later he spoke of the influence of the Christian faith in his life and of the early days at Caven. His brother, Robert also brought greetings, In reminiscing he told us of a solo he had sung in the church at five years of age. His reward was a ticket to a local movie, his first One. Rev.'s Samuel Hern of Strat- ford, Donald Sinclair of Guelph and John Boyne of Listowel, all former ministers brought greetings to the congregation. Mr. Sinclair expressed his ap- preciation of the Christian love and concern his family received during their recent tragedy. His daughter Christine was shot on the border of Rhodesia and Zambia several weeks ago, Also present were W,G. Cochrane of Goderich, a former elder at Coven and Mrs. Margaret Durand of Simcoe. Another former minister Dr. D.C. Hill of Winnipeg sent greetings on this occasion as did Mrs. Elizabeth Rhodes, wife of a former minister who became principal of the Toronto Bible College.
