45 YEAR OF SERV
There's been a great many changes in the community since the days
when Sandy Elliot and his staff sold. Ford Model A's and T's at their location
on Main-St. at the present location of Canadian Tire and the stores to the
northBut even in those days, Exeter area residents knew that a Ford was the
vehicle to drive and that Sandy Elliot was the man to get one from.
In 1948 his son-in-law, Larry Snider, took over the business, and moved it
to its present location at the south end of Exeter. And Exeter area residents
still know that a Ford is the vehicle to drive and that Larry Snider is the man to
get one from.
Larry takes this opportunity to pay tribute to the groundwork laid by
Sandy Elliot inproviding quality products and services to the community and
is proud that his staff is able to maintain that tradition.
He also salutes the occasion of Exeter's centennial and extends a sincere
invitation for all home-comers to drop in and say hello, and see all the
changes that have been made in Ford products since they first appeared in
Exeter.
