filled Sunday morning for the
125th anniversary service, Rev.
Andrew H. McKenzie 13.A., 13,1).,
minister of Knox Presbyterian
Church in Acton Ontario was the
guest minister for the morning,
lie spoke on the sermon topic
"Those who turn the world right
side up".
Wendy Elston, Centralia, guest
soloist sang and the choir sang
the anthem with Wayne Payne
taking a solo port and Wayne and
Gail Travers taking a duet,
Mr. McKenzie, a Henson
native, had an opportunity during
this time to meet old acquain-
tances and to make new ones.
A special "music Alive"
worship presentation was held
for the anniversary evening
service, Albert Furtney Ingersoll
conducted the service and a lso
led the congregation and com-
bined llensall and Chiselhurst
choir in the anthems and hymns.
Mr. Furtney is presently
.Director of Christian Education
and Organist and Choir director
at Trinity United Church in
Ingersoll. Accompanying at the
Mrs. Wilbert Dilling, who has
been a patient in South Huron
Hospital for several weeks
returned to her home.
Maria Kochan underwent a
tonsilectomy at South Huron
Hospital, Exeter last week.
Mrs. Genevieve Windover and
Sirs. Annie Reid; from the United
Church, Mrs. Audrey Christie,
Airs. Janie Bisback, Mrs. Leona
Parke, Mrs. Will Beck and Mrs.
Margaret Ingram.
Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Ballantyne
and Robert Ulch, Thames Road
were recent guests with Mrs.
Mildred Bell and family.
Rev, Percy Ferguson and Mrs.
Ferguson, Chesley were weekend

Micheal Hoy, who is employed
by the Town of Exeter, spent last
week with his parents, Mr, &
Mrs. Harry Hoy, while his wife,
Mary Beth Hoy spent the week in
Windsor where she was engaged
in social work. While there she
visited with her parents, Mr. &
Mrs. A.L. McCurdy.
