The April meeting of the
Elimville United Church Women
was held April 25, The "Easter
worship center" was a small
Wooden Cross with a shining
in front reflecting a Shadow
Picture of a large Cross on a
white back ground with Easter
lilies overhanging and lighted
candles on the sides.
A skit called "the challenge of
the cross" was presented by
seven ladies singing Easter
hymns between parts.

family attended the funeral of
Mrs. Pym's father, Bert Lobb,
Clinton on Tuesday.
Many people attended the
Usborne Central School Variety
Concert Thursday and Friday to
enjoy the music of the senior and
junior choirs led by Mr, Taylor
and Mrs. Hodgert and the little
skits and acts presented by the
students, Mrs. Ottewell assisted
on the organ.

golden wedding anniversary

the 50th anniversary of her

Hospital School of nursing. A

1973. The reunion ended Friday
evening with a banquet at the
Hyatt-Regency Hotel.
