In the midget category in the Western Ontario Athletic Association the baseball team will be known as Crediton- Dashwood with the home games being played in Crediton. The bantam club will be the exact reverse. It will be called the Dashwood-Crediton bantams and the Dashwood athletic will be its home base. Each village will have its own teams in tyke and pee wee categories. Any over-aged midget players from Crediton will be welcomed to try for a position with the Dashwood Tigers intermediate team. At a recent meeting to organize the teams, Crediton was represented by Mrs. Lloyd Roeszler; Fred Bowers, Donald Finkbeiner, Russell Clarke and Lorne Preszcator. Dashwood representatives were Bob Hoff- man, Glenn Webb, George Tiernan and Bill Chandler. Soccer group plan tourney Executive members of the Exeter Centennial soccer club meeting Monday night picked blue and gold as the colours to be used on the teams sweaters. A senior and various minor age division clubs will be formed for this summer. Registration will be held at Room 111 at South Huron District High School the next two Saturday mornings from 10 a.m, to twelve noon. In commemoration of Exeter's Centennial year a Centennial soccer tournament will be staged this summer, A Centennial cup has been donated by Athletic Sportswear of London.
