Rokeby-Thomas was in charge of his final services for the Parishes of Kirkton, Saintsbury and Granton Sunday at a morning service in St. Nuts, Kirkton. He spoke to a large crowd with representation from all three Churches and on Sunday afternoon held a service at St. Patrick's Saintsbury where he dedicated nine stained glass win- dows. They were a gift from the con- gregation of St. Paul's Kirkton. A former resident, Maurice MacDonald, Grand Bend, in- stalled the windows assisted by the men of the congregation. The children formed a junior choir and sang for Mrs. Rokeby- Thomas who was responsible for carrying on the Sunday school for the past three years. Mrs. Tom Kooy was at the organ. Following the service a social hour was held in the Parish hall, when Ian. Carroll read a poem on Friendship and Heron Chisholm on behalf of the children presnted a gift to Mrs. Rokeby-Thomas. Mrs. Hugh Davis church treasurer, read an address and Arnold Cunningham and Wayne Carroll church wardens, presented the guests of honor with a purse of money, The Rokeby-Thomas' expressed their gratitude but refused to say good-bye as they are retiring in Kitchener and hope to visit friends in this Parish. Cattle purchased at the Stock Dispersal Sale of the Hirtzel Brothers Friday went as far as Kingston, Ottawa, Almonte and Sudbury. Bill and Bonnie Olson, associated with Youth for Christ at Windsor, conducted a coffee- house style rally for young people in Zion United Chruch Saturday evening.Sunday they took part in the morning and evening services of the church, both singing and giving a message of testimony.
