Stinson, Principal, Kemptville College of Agricultural Technology, recently announced the ap- pointment of Mr. Graham Hooper as head of the livestock production division at Kemptville College. Mr. Hooper was formerly head of the livestock production division at Centralia College of Agricultural Technology. He is a graduate of Durham University in England, and taught in agricultural colleges in England for ten years before joining the staff of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in 1967.
