I would cross a bridge built by
my civil engineer friend only with
waterwings. And I would drive up
a road built by the Doctor only
with a helicopter,
However, it takes all kinds.
And I did promise to come up and
cook for them for a few days.

Perhaps a good steak and a

sit on the porch with gin and
tonic, directing some of their
more incredible efforts.

AUGUST 1972
SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO SAY "NO"
There are occasions when people ask us to re-
fill certain prescriptions and we have to turn
them down. This is not done without a good
reason, however,
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS CAN BE LIMITED
When doctors order prescription medications
for their patients, they usually include instruct-
ions to the pharmacist concerning refills. This
is how they control the treatment period for
each of their patients. Pharmacists must follow
these refill, instructions and may not exceed
the number the doctor has ordered,
VARIOUS LAWS GOVERN REFILLS ALSO
In addition to the doctor setting a limitation
of prescription refills, certain local and nation-
al laws place similar limitations on how long
a prescription may be refilled, Under the law,
some prescriptions cannot be refilled under
any circumstances—even if the doctor requests
it,
WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT ALL THIS?
Sometimes, depending on the patients ailment,
and the type of medication being used, it is
necessary to make a new appointment with the
doctor. Then he can decide whether or not he
wants to continue the medication or change to
another drug. Other times, it is possible to
telephone the doctor to find out if he wants
to follow the same line of treatment and renew
the patient's prescription.
WE FOLLOW YOUR DOCTOR'S ORDERS
Whenever we are faced with an expired pre-
scription, we will let you know. And, if it is
feasible, perhaps we will be able to check di-
rectly with your doctor to find out what he
wants to do about it.

"What's New .at Huronview"
Arie Van Den it:nde led the song
service Sunday evening, assisted
by members of the Clinton
Christian Reformed Church.
Eighty residents from
Huronview travelled by bus
Monday to spend the afternoon at
Pinelake, following a short stop
at the boat dock area at 13ayfield.
Everyone enjoyed a rest beside
the lake before supper and a
picnic was served to the residents
by members of the staff and
volunteers.
There was a Scottish tilt in the
air at Huronview on Thursday
evening when the Brussels Pipe
Band along with two Clinton
Band members played for a
concert on the lawn, Most of the
residents were able to enjoy the
concert either outdoors or from
the west windows of the home.
The hand played several familiar
tunes in a circle; performed a
drill on the front parking lot and
finished the concert with the
popular bagpipe tune, Amazing
Grace.
