O'BRIEN - In loving memory of
a dear father and grandfather
Charles A. O'Brien who passed
away one year ago July n,
1971.
We had a father we were proud to
own,
How much we miss will
never be known,
No longer here our lives to share,
But in our hearts he will always
be there.
Treasure him Lord in your
garden of rest.
For here on earth, he was one of
the best.
- Lovingly remembered and
sadly missed by daughter
Nettie, Ben and family.

My companion for so many years
No longer here with me,
And yet in Some,mysterious way
You keep me company,
Your placeon earth,noone can fill,
I love you dear and always will
To your resting place I visit

SHAW - In loving memory of a
dear father and grandfather,
Hurley Shaw who passed away
July 23, 1971,
You didn't have time to say
farewell
Or us to say goodbye
You were gone before we realized
And only God knows why
We cannot forget your smiling
face
Your happy carefree ways
The smile that won so many
friends
In those happy bygone days
- Always remembered by son
Glenn, daughter-in-law
Bernice and family.

SHAW - In loving memory of a
dear Dad Hurley, Shaw who
passed away one year ago July
23, 1971.
Only a dad, neither rich or proud,
Merely one of the surging crowd,
Toiling, striving from day to day,
Facing whatever came his way,
But we remember you and I,
Just the twinkle in his eye.
How,he smiled and how be broke
Into laughter at a joke.
These, when death has stilled
them all,
Are the things that we recall,
Unimportant once, and yet,
These we never quite forget,
- Sadly missed and ever
remembered by daughter
Kenlynn, husband Bob and
Doug and Mike.
29c
SHAW - Inloving memory of a
father, father-in-law and
grandfather Hurley Shaw who
passed away one year ago July
22.
I was not there to say goodbye,
Perhaps it was just as well,
I could never have said goodbye,
To a father that I loveclso well,
I mourn for you in silence,
No eyes can see me weep,
But many a silent tear is shed.
While others are asleep.
- Sadly missed by Aleda, Wayne
and Iola, Eugene and Laura

SHAW - In fond and loving
memory of a dear father,
father-in-law, and grand-
father, Hurley Shaw who
passed away 1 year ago July
22,
The dearest dad this world could
hold,
With the cherished smile and a
heart of gold,
To those who knew him all will
know,
How much we lost one year ago.
What I would give if I could say,
Hello Dad in the same old way,
To hear you laugh and see you
smile,
To sit with you and talk awhile,
So you who have a father,
Cherish him with care,
For you'll never know the
heartache,
Until you see his empty chair.

She dwells in a beautiful garden.
Beneath God's heavenly skies..
May the wind of Heaven blow

WUERTH - In loving memory of
my dear husband Edgar E.
Wuerth who passed away July
23, 1969,
On the winding road of life,
We walk together day by day,
Friends and sweethearts, man
and wife
And good companions all the
way.
We shared our problems as they
came
And every trouble great or small,
Knowing that we had each other,
Side by side we faced it all,
But every marriage has its
sunset,
One is taken, one is left,
Although the best of it is gone,
.And yet I shall not be alone,
For part of you will still remain,
To help me thro' the darkest
hours,
Until we meet again,
- Lovingly remembered by wife

Explosive
on beach
A small white plastic object,
found by a camper on Pinery
Park beach, contained an ex-
plosive substance, Grand Bend
police said Monday.
Mrs. Jackie Quintro, of
Michigan, found the object
similar to a hockey puck, bit
slightly thicker - washed ashoi
on the park's beach.
It was labelled "Danger,
Explosive." •
She turned it over to police who
took it to Canadian Forces Base
at Ipperwash where it was
detonated by an explosives ex-
pert for further analysis.
Visitors to the area are advised
that should they find a similar
object, not to handle it but to call
police.
