Some members enjoyed a dip in the pool while the rest enjoyed renewing acquaintances. A sports program presented by Patti and John Elder followed, which was enthusiastically received, After the photographic serion a smorgasbord supper was served convened by Kay Elder. This was greatly enjoyed after which a business meeting took place presided over by Judy Foursome attend church birthday ° W. C. Pearce, accompanied by Cecil Skinner and Mr, and Mrs. Don Wilson attended the cen- tennial service at St. Stephen's Anglican Church at BurWell Park, Sunday. • Mr. Pearce was baptized in The St. Thomas area church, The Exeter foresome travelled via Talbotville, Shedden and Iona to the farm known as Pearce- Williams where his mother, Mrs. Thomas Pearce was born and lived her lifetime. This prop6rty is now owned and maintained as a United Church property and the Exeter people ate noon lunch at the site. Bishop Queen was the speaker for the afternoon centennial service at Burwell Park and a service followed in the cemetery.
