Danny Mellin welcomed a
dozen of his young friends to his
birthday party on Saturday af-
ternoon. Danny was five years
old and is the son of Mr. & Mrs.
Wayne Melba.
Martha Mollard, Kim and
Sherri Horner, Karen Lagerwerf
and Connie Thomson were guests
of Brenda Bulloch, Sunday af-
ternoon. Brenda was observing
her sixth birthday. She is the
daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Stuart
Bulloch.
The U,C.W. of the United
Church are making plans for
their annual strawberry and ham
supper, June 17.
Word was received Monday of
the death of George Varley of
Windsor in his 65th year. George
will be remembered by many in
this area. He was the son of the
late Mr. & Mrs. Walter Varley.
The ladies of Grace Anglican
Church held a successful dessert
euchre in the parish hail Wed-
nesday afternoon.
