A by-law to further amend
by-law # 22, 1962, cited as
The Restricted Area Zoning
By-Law of the Town of
Exeter.
WHEREAS it is deemed ex-
pedient to further amend By-
Law # 22, 1962:
AND WHEREAS the Council
of the Town of Exeter is au-
thorized to make such amend-
ment by virtue of Section 4.2
of By-Law # 17, 1970, being
Amendment No. 1 to The Offi-
cial Plan of The Town of Exe-
ter;
THEREFORE the Council of
the Town of Exeter ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT a restricted area
under General Commercial Zone
be designated to include the
northerly two lots or proper-
ties, namely lots 951 and 952
of Registered Plan 20 of the
Town of Exeter.
2, Uses permitted in the
area designated in the amend-
ment;
(a) The establishment of a
financial institution such as a
bank or trust company and re-
lated uses.
3, The Building Area is the
area shown on the attached
map as Building Area. This
designates the area upon which
the erection and use of build-
ings is permitted in the area
designated in this amendment.
4. Parking Areas and Drive-
way Areas are shown on the
attached map. These areas shall
be kept clear of buildings and
structures and be made avail-
able and maintained for the
parking of motor vehicles for
customers and for ingress and
egress of motor vehicles.
5. A Planting Strip as shown
on the attached map shall be
provided along the rear of the
area concerned.
6. The regulations concern-
ing lighting adjacent to resi-
dential zones shall apply.
7. The attached map forms
