to the dinner when the newly
elected officers were installed
and communion was Observed,
A pot luck dinner was enjoyed
with Mrs. Philip Johns and Mrs,
Lloyd Johns as hostesses.
Mrs. Elson Lynn, vice-
president, was in charge of the
business for the meeting, Mrs.
John Batten was voted as
delegate to attend the Hdon-
Perth Presbyterial Meeting at
Central United church in
Stratford in February.
Mrs. Gilbert Johns and Mrs.
Harold Bell were in charge of the
program. Mrs. Johns gave a
meditation on the New Year and
Mrs. Bell read the scripture. A
story, "New Year's Resolution"
was given by Mrs. Johns.
Mrs. Howard Pym and Mrs.
Ross Skinner sang a duet.
The Bible study was introduced
by Mrs. Elson Lynn showing
slides on Africa and the work of
the United Church there.
