WHEREAS it is deeeled ex- pedient to further amend By- Law No. 22, 1962 and By-Law No. 20, 1970 of the Corporation of the Town of Exeter; THEREFORE the Couneil of the Town of Exeter ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Section 5A,4,1 of By- Law No. 20, 1970 be amend- ed by changing the Planting Area, as defined in Section 5A.4,1, to a Building Area and Parking Area as shown on the attached Zoning May (Schedule A). 2, Uses permitted in the area designated in the amend- ment; a) A Retail and wholesale outlet for automotive sup- plies, camping supplies and equipment, sports equipment and similar and related goods. b) Any use accessory to the foregoing use. 3, The Building Area is the area shown on the attached man as Building Area. This designates the area upon which the erection and use of buildings is permitted in the area designated in this amendment. 4. Parking Areas and Driveway Areas are shown on the at- tached map. These areas shall be kept clear of build- ings and structures and be made available and main- tained for the parking of motor vehicles far the store's customers and for ingress and egress of motor ve- hicles. 5. A planting Strin as shown on the attached map shall be provided along the rear of the area concerned. 6. The regulations concerning lighting adjacent to resident- ial zones shall apply. 7. The attached map forms part of this By-Law. 8. Brian Taylor scored twice to lead the Exeter scoring attack while the single goals were notched by John Van Gerwen and Larry Clarke. Both Hensall goals were counted by Steve Knight. Roll call was answered by naming an active woman in the status of the women's movement. Mrs. Wm, Love read a poem, "Bon Voyageur". The business was conducted by Mrs. Alex Hamilton in the ab- sense of the president, Mrs, Ed. Gill. An invitation was read inviting the Grand Bend W.I. to the Hensall arena February 29 to be entertained by the Kippen W.I. Plans for a fashion show were discussed. Lunch was served by Mrs. A. Finkbeiner, Mrs. H. Pfile and Mrs. Wm. Love. Mrs, L. Amos in Exeter United Church Exeter, last Sunday. Rey. and Mrs, A. Willis returned home to their apart- ment on Hill St., Sunday.
