Restitution made

several cars at the firm's parking
lot.
The court learned the accused
knew the men on the night shift at
the plant and there was no
damage to their cars.
Goderich lawyer Jim Donnelly
appeared on behalf of the ac-
cused and also noted there was nb
idea of theft involved and
restitution had been made for the
$27.50 worth of cord.
No evidence was offered in the
charges laid after the incident
against several other youths.
A Huron Park man, Bar-
tholomeus Verruyt, appeared for
sentencing on a theft charge and
was given an extension of eight
months on his probation term.
He had previously pleaded
guilty to stealing a car.
