Mrs. Archie Etherington read the Scripture Lesson, Meditation on the Scripture was given by Mrs, Roh- de, The General Thanksgiving was read in unison. Mrs. Etherington read a story about a church in Australia which they visited last year. FRED BOWDEN Family Night sponsored by the UCW at their October meeting on Thursday evening of last week provided a friendly get-together for all in attendance. Mr, Cyril Gingerich of Zurich, the guest speaker gave an in- teresting account of the services rendered by he and his wife for eight years among the people of West Africa. He showed colored slides to illustrate his talk. The curios on display showing the fine work done by the Africans drew many favorable comments. Mrs. Arthur Abbott and Mrs. Harold Lightfoot conducted the worship service. Mrs. Clifton Jaques of Zion gave a reading. Kyle Harrison: I thought he dodged a lot of questions. I suppose he did as well as he could though. You can't give definite answers 'to something you haven't discussed yet. Larry Ness: It's easy to say what you will do when you are not in power but the government must carefully, analyze each move before it makes it, This will prevent promises being made that cannot be kept. I believe the Minister answered the questions in the most direct way possible. Bray.
