On chilly evenings, open the right-rear car window a tiny bit -• heater efficiency is greatly increased. For best gas mileage and fast warm-ups, do not permit a long idle time after starting a cold engine. Pull away two minutes after starting, Safety tip: turn on lights when operating windshield wipers. Make sure you are seen by the other fellow during a storm. Driving tip: hit the brake or downshift just before entering a turn. Feed some gas when the turn just begins to straighten out.
