PHOOLOSOPHY — A wolf is a
fellow who. wants his hands on a.
girl but doesn't want a girl on his
hands. — To flatter some people
it pays to keep still and listen. —
People are lonely because they
build walls instead of bridges. —
Without a lot of pepper no 01011 is
worth his salt. Anger is a
luxury few people can afford,
To lengthen your life, shorten
your worries, — It's nice to pick
your friends, but not to pieces. —
A man seldom loses his shirt if he
keeps his sleeves rolled up.
And that's 30 for this week,
Remember, A Chinese
philosopher once said, "The
swiftest horse cannot overtake
the word once spoken."

A: A catalogue.

Rev. R. A. Carson preached on
Responsible Christian Citizen-
ship. He said there seems to be a
tension between the churchmen's
citizenship and their Christianity.
Mr. Carson asked the
congregation if they accepted the
fact, that the actions of the
government, at all levels, are our
actions?
Mr. Carson said Christian
citizenship permits no escape
from personal accountability for
our collective behaviour. Mr.
Carson went on to say that our
citizenship is also of the Kingdom
of God. The test of this citizenship
is love.
