The Women's Auxiliary to Huronview 'had a successful Blossom Tea Wednesday af- ternoon under the direction of the President, Mrs. Wilfred Coclough. Tea was served in the auditorium with the sale of crafts held in the craft room. The Junior Choir of Wesley United Church presented their operetta "Round Up on the Moon" on Family Night. The residents appreciated the acting, singing, and dances of the group directed by Mrs. Mary Hearn. Miss Bertha Diehl thanked the group on behalf of the residents. The Christian Women's Club from the Exeter area held a service of song Sunday evening in the auditorium. Making up the roster will be the Dashwood Tigers, Clinton Colts, Mitchell BP's, St. Marys, Thorndale and ,Arva. The complete schedule will appear in next week's issue. The Dashwood Tigers open their home season, Friday, May 28 when they play host to Thorn- dale. The league season actually opens Victoria Day afternoon with Arva travelling to Clinton. Two games are slated for Wednesday night with Clinton at Mitchell and St. Marys at Thorndale, Dashwood manager Glenn Webb has called a practice for the Tigers to-night Thursday and puts out a call to any newcomers that wish to try out with the club.
