We have examined the 1970 financial statements of the corporation.
of the Township of Biddulph, which are listed on the attached Index. Our
examination included a general review of the accounting procedures and
such tests of accounting records and other supporting evidence as we
considered necessary in the circumstances,

accordance with accounting principles generally accepted for Ontario

The centennial committee met
at the Legion hall with 16 persons
present. Rev. W. C. Tupling
agreed to arrange a combined
church service for Sunday
August 29, the last day of the

profitable it was agreed to ap-
point a clearing committee of
three to deal with this problem.
Those appointed were Tom
England, Harry Wraith and Mrs.
A. E. Reilly.
An advertising committee
consists of Harvey Hillman, Gary
McFalls, Mrs. Russell Goddard
and Mrs. 0, Seward. Banners will
be strung across Main Street to
advertise the event.
The parade will be in the hands
of Ernie Ross, Doug Johnson,
Gordon Brooks and Mrs. Mert
Culbert, and the beef barbecue
will be organized by church
groups.
Any man interested in a beard
growing contest is asked to
contact Gordon Brooks or any
other member of the Lion's Club.

wishes to help or who would like
to put forward ideas is free to
contact the members of the
