Now the promises have been proven. A Lasso 4/atrazine mix needs no incorporation. Lasso 4/atrazine will not damage your crops or ruin your rotation plans because there is less carryover. Lasso 4/atrazine controls both broadleaf weeds and grasses (including crabgrass, fall panicum and barnyard- grass) in corn. Lasso 4 is available from your local farm supply dealer. Trivitt. Memorial to sing the service of Evensong. The versicles and collects were sung by Canon D. D. Jones, rector of St. James. In a brief address, the Rev. George Andersdn, rector of Trivitt, traced the place of music in the worship of the Israelites in the Old Testament, and of the Christian Church in the New Testament, pointing out that music was not just a means to an end in Christian worship, but an integral part of worship itself. The speaker welcomed Canon Jones, Gordon Atkinson, organist of St. James, and the members of the choir to Exeter. The presentation of this service of worship, said Mr. Anderson, represented much time spent in rehersal by a group of people who, in the words of a T.V. commercial, "cared enough to give the very best". The choir sang the Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis to settings by Thomas Caustun, and several anthems. Norman McBeth, assistant Organist at .St. James, played two voluntaries: Flute Piece by Thomas Thorley and Air and Gavotte by S. S. Wesley.
