December 12, Miss Ruth Skinner gave the hospital report and a donation was given to the Institution for the Blind, The Canners meeting and luncheon was held at Elimville hall November 18, served by the Elimville Women's Institute. Mrs. Allen chaired the program. She read the poem, Flanders Fields and silent prayers was observed for soldiers who served during the wars. The motto, 'Tile mind is like a plant, it has to be well fed to flourish' was given by Miss Ruth Skinner. Mrs. Philip Johns favored with an accordion selection. Murray Neil of Exeter was guest speaker and showed pictures of their trip to Hawaii and the other islands. Mrs. Ratz of Stratford was guest demonstrator who showed her crafts of ceramics and displayed many articles she had made. A penny sale was held and lunch was served by Mrs. Tom Hem, Mrs, F.
