Couse wish to thank the many persons who sponsored or donated to their weekend wheelbarrow trip to Greenway and back in aid of Grand Bend minor sports. The generosity shown in helping them to raise $3,438.75 for this worthy cause was most appreciated and certainly was all the encouragement required to help them complete the strenuous trip. Ivan Luther of Grand Bend found this out when he walked part of the way in Saturday's walkathon with a large pit of Gulf shoes. At the right at the start of the walk his shoes are being tied by daughter Tracey while above he finds the welcome to Grand Bend sign more than welcome on the return trip.
