Middlesex North will have
four voting delegates at the
Ontario NDP leadership
convention. Peter Lewington, RR

The convention will take place
at the Royal York Hotel in
Toronto, October 2 to 4, and is
expected to be very heavily
attended because of the interest

Friday, Sept. 18, and Stephen
Lewis at Bishop Townsend
School, Monday, Sept. 28.
at a low ebb and now that fall is
here, it behooves me to collect
my scattered thoughts and once
again concentrate on the Lucan
Legion Weekly Column. I trust
that you all had a most enjoyable

all they were expected to be and
you are now ready to settle in for
a busy and interesting Legion
season.
This being the first column for

program more interesting as well
as entertaining. Comrade Gord
Elson, Branch sports officer and
his committee are busy planning
540's, 1970-71 Mixed Sports

Our amiable Steward Carl
Stuckless and his rather 'Large'
assistant Len Fisher are busy on
their entertainment program for
your added enjoyment while
visiting in the Sea, Land and Air

As dates become available you

become a little less confused and
a little more involved after a lazy

hope to make your Legion
