Here's a tire that's way ahead of the others. It's
got a steel safety belt wrapped firmly around
the radial body to keep the tread open and firm
on the road. This gives better control and better
traction on slippery curves and slick roads.
Glass and nails have great difficulty penetrating
this steel belt. Positive puncture and blow-out
protection!
And that's just the beginning.
There's a warranty in writing for at least 40,000
miles of actual tread wear. And in actual use
over the past twenty years, drivers get as much
as 60,000, 70,000 miles and even more,
Unsolicited testimonial letters available on request.

Seven years ago, the
Dashwood man started into the
small bird business with eight , pair
and his bird population at the
moment is well over four
hundred.
In addition to canaries and
budgies he has lovebirds, finches
and cockateel, Baby birds are
being hatched at the Dashwood
aviary every day,
The mother budgies lay eggs
two days apart and it takes
eighteen days until hatching time.
Van Dorsselaer says on some rare
occasions a bird will lay it's ninth
egg at the time the first baby is
being hatched.
At least two hours each night
and many hours on the weekend
is required to look after the large
flock of birds. They consume
about one hundred pounds of
bird seed each week.
