became the bride of David Noon,
son of Mr. & Mrs. Sydney Noon,
London, at St. John's-by-the-
Lake Church, Grand Bend,
August 8, 1970, with Rev. Insley
officiating.
As Mrs. Tom Allan, London,
played the processional, Hymn of
Joy, the bride was escorted down
the aisle by her brother, Larry
Taylor.
She chose a white dotted Swiss
batiste gown which featured a
double layered train edged in lace

satin bow had streamers flowing
to the floor. The bridal bouquet
was of mauve baby's breath and
white rosebuds.
Mary Margaret MacDonald,
London, as bridal attendant; was
gowned in a deep mauve dotted
Swiss dress styled similarity to the
bride's. Her headpiece was a royal
purple satin bow with floor
length streamers.
Alan Noon was best man for
his brother and Fred Woodley,
London, and Bob Engel, Niagara
Falls, ushered the guests.
After a reception at the Parish
Hall the newlyweds left for a trip
to the eastern United States, the
bride wearing a purple, sleeveless
A-line dress with a pink and
purple stole. Mr. & Mrs. Noon will
reside in London.
Before her wedding the bride
was feted by the staff of Westdale
Public School; other friends in
London; and relatives and friends
in Grand Bend.

two girls, Jean Jennison and Patti

John Lovie returned home
from St. Joseph's Hospital last
Thursday, but because of severe
pain and discomfort he returned
to the hospital on Sunday.
Rev. & Mrs. Dobson returned
home last week from a very
pleasant vacation.
Wm. Jennison, Sr., has just
returned from a visit with his
daughter in Rainy River, Ontario,
and relatives in Winnipeg.

holidaying in Europe.

were holidaying last week in
Grand Bend.

were in London last week trying
