On those glorious summertime occasions
when you're not scorching
when you're not shivering
but when the temperature is totally
to your liking
. • then you are getting close to the kind of comfort and sunny disposition that tenants of
Victoria Park Apartments will be enjoying every day of every winter to come.
That's because owner Mr. W. E. Simmons has put the room-by-room controlled comfort of
electric heating among the priorities in all his apartments. Phase three has just been
completed on the corners of Market, Mill and Waterloo streets.
Mr. Simmons is far from alone in going all-electric, In fact, you won't have any difficulty
in putting the comfort and convenience of all-electic living in your future, too. For example,
last year, all the newly constructed apartments, duplexes and town houses in Exeter were
all-electric. So were sixty-six percent of all the new homes. That's some going, when you
think that electric heating was hardly on he scene but ten years ago. So before you move, or
modernize, get all the facts on going all-electric . . . with gentle, clean, quiet, precisely
controlled, space saving, trouble-free, flameless electric heating. Call 235-1350 or call in to
