During the daylight hours the spattered windshield is not really bothersome, but when driving at night, the headlights of on-coming cars are even more glaring as the particles reflect the blinding light with more intensity. The Ontario Motor League reminds all motorists to keep their windshields clean at all times for improved visibility. * * * Slow moving tractors and other farm vehicles are added driving hazards during spring and 14 summer months.
