ANGLICAN CHURCH CHRISTMAS 1969 By REV. R. A. CARSON Once again we enter the great Festival of Christmas, brainwashed as we are by the communications media into thinking of Christmas as a time to spend money, we are apt to miss the real life of the season. Christmas is Christ's Day, not man's day, nor children's day, not the poor's day, and so on. Because it is Christ's day everyone is blessed, Jesus Christ is Love in the Flesh, He is God. This is why it is so important to leave the hum-drum and the war of self-preservation and follow the path that leads to the Manger.
