By HARRY HERN Well, it is fall fair time again and the directors of the Exeter Agriculture Society invite you to attend the 115th Exeter Fall Fair. As you probably know, the big changes this year are the dates on which the fair will be held. After two lengthy meetings last winter, it was decided to change our fair to Friday and Saturday, September 19 and 20. In the last several years, attendance has been dwindling due to more industries in our community and also it was difficult for school children to leave classes through the week. We also found it difficult to obtain a band and other entertainment on a week day. We, the directors, hope we have made a move for the better. Friday, we again will be sponsoring a baby show and a fair queen contest with added entertaining numbers. The official opening will be on this night also, with Huron Warden Jim Hayter to do the honors. On Saturday the parade will start at Snell Bros. garage and continue up Main St. to the fair grounds. We are again planning some entertainment in front of the grandstand. Robert McKinley, the Hon. C. S. MacNaughton and local dignitaries will speak. I do hope local business
