Final arrangements were made for the HiC's special folk service of dedication to mission, which will be held June 8 at 7:30 p.m. at Lucan United Church. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Susan Seymour, and the guest soloist is Sharon Parker. Lunch was served by Denise Daley and David Stanley. It was a small but an enthusiastic group which gathered with Mrs. W.C. Tupling, Mrs. ICH, Hodgins and Heather Froats in charge. Marlene Butler provided a large enough cake for 24, which was decorated with roses, and "Bethezer welcomes you." This held the place of honour on a table beautifully decorated with orange-colour daisies made by Mrs. Tupling. The ltinch was served cafeteria-style, and there was plenty for all. • Marlene Butler was elected as secretary, and Heather Froats as leader. Each girl present was provided with a list of names of prospective members, the idea being that as there will be no COFFEE PARTY and TALENT SALE, Friday, May 30 from 10:00 a.m. at Nevin Motors Showroom.
