A Grand Bend woman who
enjoys an interesting and varied
career is Mrs. Ruth (Pat) Ravelle,
wife of Wilfred (Rudy) Ravelle.
As a waitress training expert

province. The business
concerned provides classroom
facilities and bears the cost of
employees' wages if the course is

rooms for the Hotel-Motel
Association. Some of the better
known establishments include
the new Simpsons Tower, the
Arcadian Court in Toronto, the
Continental Inn in Barrie, the
Senator Motel in Timmins and
several Holiday Inns.
Since the response for courses
from major restaurants and
dining rooms in Halton and Peel
counties has been so
encouraging, Mrs. Ravelle will be
conducting one and two-week
courses, depending on the
number of trainees,
continuously until next fall.
