1969, to amend By-Law #22,
1962, (Restricted Area Zon-
ing By-Law), pursuant to
Section 30 of The Planning
Act.
TAKE NOTICE that the Coun-
cil of the Corporation of the
Town of Exeter intends to ap-
ply to the Ontario Municipal
Board pursuant to Section 30 of
the Planning Act, for approval
of By-Law # 13, 1969, passed
on the 5th day of May, 1969.
A statement of lands affected
thereby is also furnished 'here-
with.
Any person interested may,
within fourteen (14) days after
the date 'of this notice, send by
mail or deliver to the Clerk of
the Town of Exeter notice of
his objection to approval of the
said bylaw, together with a
statement of the grounds for
such objection.
If any objections are re-
ceived, a public meeting will be
held, the date to be advertised
later.
The last date for filing ob-
jections will be May 30, 1969.

to amend The Restricted Area
Zoning By-Law #22, 1962, where-
by provisions regarding setback
and sideyard setbacks and rear
yard depth shall not apply to
property on the south-west cor-
ner of Main Street and Welling-
ton Street (Wedge property).
A copy of By-Law # 13, 1969,
may be seen in the Clerk's Of-
fice between the hours of 9:00
a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to
Friday, inclusive.

young people met in Zion
Church to view the film The Big
R, a film depicting the work of
the London Rescue Mission.
Mr. & Mrs, Fred Bell of
Braden, Florida and Royal Heist
of Chicago are visiting relatives
in the area. They came to
Crediton for the wedding on
Saturday of Carol Hendrick and
Lawrence Amos.
During Sunday morning's
service at Zion United Church
Rev. D.C. Warren baptized four
children. They were Michael
John Lightfoot, son of Mr. &
Mrs. Douglas Lightfoot, Robert
James Finkbeiner, son of Mr. &
Mrs. Jim Finkbeiner, Daren
Keith Finkbeiner, son of Mr. &
Mrs. Melvin Finkbeiner and

daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Ed

Mother's Day was observed
during the Sunday School hour
at Zion United Church. There
were recitations by Paul Wein
and Terry Witherspoon, a double
duet by Brenda Fahner, Barbara
Pfaff, Kathie Schenk and
Katherine Ratz, and an
accordion solo by Judy Smith.
Mrs. Floyd Rhude, Exeter, was
guest speaker. She gave an
illustrated talk on good and bad
influence. A gift was presented
to Mrs. Rhude by the
superintendent, Alf Smith, and
to the youngest mother present,
Mrs. Don Haines, by Mr. Robert
Crawford, president of the
Builders Class which assisted in
arranging the program.
Mr. & Mrs. Will Oestricher
spent most of last week at
Grimsby and Mrs. R.W. McBain,
sister of Mrs. Oestricher. During
their visit they enjoyed a day's
trip in new York State with
another sister and her husband,
Dr. & Mrs. S.L. Honey of
Fenwick.
Sunday Mr. & Mrs. Will
Oestricher called on Mr. & Mrs.
Charlie Green, Stratford. Mr.
Green is in failing health.
Maurice Hirtzel is a patient at
St. Joseph's Hospital, London.
