HOTSON Douglas Martin Hotson, 20, Listowel, was buried yesterday (Wednesday) from the C. Ifaskett and Son Funeral Nome, Lucan. The youth died Sunday in Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital following a car accident near Listowel earlier in the day. Born and raised in Bast Williams Township, the deceased was an employee of the Campbell Soup Company, Listowel, Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs, Gordon Hotson, Kitchener; one sister, Mrs. Edward (Lucy) Roth, Mount Forest; three brothers, Larry Hotson, Lucan; and Dale and David. Hotson, both of Kitchener., Pallbearers were Bill Darling, Jim Hotson, Jack Hotson, Doug McNair, Charles Drake and George McEwen. Flowerbearers were Ron Milne, Ross Gibson, George Hindmarsh and Norris Hudson, Interment was in Nairn Cemetery, MRS, FREDERICK McLEAN Ellen Jane Simpson, widow of the late Frederick McLean, of Lucan, died at Parkwood Hospital, London, Wednesday, April 16. Carson, Saturday Interment was in St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye. Pallbearers were John Park, Robert Murray, Cliff Shipley, Murray Hodgins, Sheridan. Revington, and Jack Lankin. Flowerbearers were Harold Hodgins and Harold Corbett, Mrs. McLean was the daughter of Joseph Simpson and Sarah Ann Hodgins. She lived in Lucan and was an active member of Holy Trinity Church and Women's Auxiliary. She was in her 92nd year.
