Looking. For Games
One of the newest hockey teams in the district is
looking for some exhibition games. The Centralia Saints
made up of students attending the Centralia College of
Agricultural Technology have played several games in
the past weeks and are looking for more action.
We were out to the Huron Park arena, Wednesday
night as the Saints played host to the Ridgetown
Westags and were impressed by the brand of hockey
they dished up.
The Saints were edged 3-2 by the Ridgetown
boys and only a week ago were downed 5-3 by the
University of Western Ontario Colts. Further games with
the intermediate university club are slated for the
Centralia rink on January 10 and 31 and February 14.
Any teams in the area wishing to meet the Saints
in an exhibition match are asked to call Bob Viggars at ,
228-6601.
