Church Friday evening, November 1. Rev. S. E. Lewis was the officiating minister. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor-length gown of white velvet. The bodice was fashioned with an away-from-the-neck standup collar and three-quarter length sleeves with rolled cuffs. Attention was focused on a detachable cathedral-length train. Her full-length silk illusion veil was held by a crown of seed pearls and crystals and she carried a crescent bouquet of orange sweetheart roses, white Mums and trailing ivy. Rev. C. Sloan united the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell. C, Roney, RR 3 Mitchell, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Stephenson, Clinton. Escorted by her father, the bride wore a hand-cut ehantioy lace gown styled with a large built-in chapel train falling from a scalloped neckline. Long lilypoint sleeves and a front panel of logoda crepe with fitted bodice accented by a white bow accented the A-line skirt. A drop petal crown held her four-tiered French silk illusion facer veil. She carried an arm bouquet of white roses with a large bow of burnt orange and brandy. Matron of honor was Mrs. Ken Stephenson, sister-in-law of the groom, Clinton, in a sheath gown of burnt orange chiffon over tafetta. It was styled with empire waistline, embroidery trimming around the waistline and long pouff sleeves and draped panels falling from the neckline over the shoulderline. She wore a matching chifTenroSehearl-dress, The bridesmaids Wore similar gowns and headpieces. Miss Faye Roney, RR 3 Mitchell, sistefof the bride, and:MissMariorie Anne Bartia, RR 3 Menktoo, wore dressed of a:brandy color, Miss. Reynolds, Saturday in the Unitarian Universalist Church of Olinda by the Rev. Leonard A. Thompson. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs, L. Lloyd Reive of Ruthven. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd N. Reynolds, Hensall. The wedding music was played by Ellen Sinclair, niece of the bride. The bride was given in marriage by her father and wore a floor-length gown of white lagoda silk and lace, featuring a cathedral length train. Her veil was shoulder-length held by a crown of pearl and crystal beads. She carried a colonial bouquet of mauve carnations and white mums with mauve streamers. The maid of honour, Janice Reive, niece of the bride wore a turquoise floor-length gown, featuring a sheer overskirt with a lace yoke and carried a colonial bouquet of yellow carnations with yellow velvet streamers. Her headpiece of turquoise tulle and a yellow velvet bow. The flower girl, Laurie Reive, niece of the bride was dressed same as Maid of honor and carried a miniature bouquet identical to the maid of honor. Frede:ick Smith of Dashwood, brother-in-law of the groom, was best man. Douglas Jeffery of LOndon and Dennis Reive of Leainington were ushers. The bride's mother wore a teal blue sheath with white accessories and the groom's mother wore a gown of dark green with brown accessories. Both wore corsages of yellow carnations. The wedding dinner was held in the TOOFI-lall, Ruthven, for 70 guests. Elaine Sinclair, niece of the bride was hi charge of the guest book. The bride's table centred with a three-tier wedding cake s topped with an ornament of two doves holding wedding rings, was flanked by silver candelabra, Guests were present from Wisconsin, Detroit, Goderich, Exeter, Hensall, Wyoming, London and surrounding district. Following the diniier and reception, the bride donned a matching hat and gown of cream wool with a green and gold figure and . accessories of black patent leather, Her corsage was of gold murna.
