KEN McKELLAR CROMARTY The CGIT annual mother and daughter banquet was held in the church schoolroom Saturday, when a hot chicken dinner was served smorgasbord style. Members of the WMS, mothers of the girls and friends were guests. Musical numbers with Denise Kerslake as accompanist were provided by the girls. Guest speaker was Rev. Stairs, secretary of the South Western Ontario Leprosy Missions, Toronto. He gave an informative address and presented a film showing the condition of leprosy patients and the help received from the mission. The annual Thankoffering meeting of the WMS will be held Sunday in Cromarty church at the 11:30 am service.
