Mr. and Mrs. Ross Love were
hosts to the anniversary picnic
supper of the 1967 Expo Group.
Twenty-five were present,
namely, Mr. and Mrs. Stan Mol-
lard, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Stat-
ham, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Knight,
Mr. and Mrs. Sam. Spray, Mr.
and Mrs. Lawrence Curts, Mr.
and Mrs. Martin Watson, Mr.
and Mrs. Earl Steeper, Mr. and
Mrs. Lloyd ,Love, Marjorie El-
liot, Geraldine Kearns; Mark and
Ann Steeper, all of Parkhill, and
Mr. and Mrs. Art Finkbeiner of
Grand Bend.
Centre of attraction at the
supper table was a decorated
cake with all the names of the
ones who had attended Expo. Mr.
Sam Spray showed pictures of
Expo and of local interest.

Sunday Rev. G. W. Sach preach-
ed his farewell sermon using as
his text "Lord What will you
have me to do?". He spoke of the
work to be done among church
people and reviewed the eight
years he had spent in Clande-
boye and. Lucan.
Next Sunday August 4 Rev.
Hugh Wilson, Exeter, will take
the service.

Rev. Glen Campbell solemn-
ized the marriage of Mrs. Elean-
or Emerick, London, andStewart
Gordon Cunningham of Clande-
boye on July 20, 1968 at Knox
united Church, London.
Her daughter, Mrs. Shirley
Shipway of Ailsa Craig, was the
bride's attendant. The grooms-
man for his brother was Clif-
ford Cunningham, Mt. Brydges.
The bride wore a turquoise
dress with matching veil and
she carried white and pink baby
moms. Her attendant wore a
mauve and white dress with blue
and white nosegay.
A reception was held in Lon-
don for 50 guests.

by ambulance Saturday to Strat-
ford General Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Ross Carter and
Jimmy of Galt, also Mrs. Ed
Morton, Seaforth, were weekend
visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Nelson
Hood.
Mr. and Mrs. EldinKerr visit-
ed Sunday with the former's bro-
ther and sister-in-law, Mr. and
Mrs. Scott Kerr, London.

St. James Anglican Church.
Fellow student nurses of St.
Thomas Elgin General Hospital

laneous shower at St. Thomas.
Mrs, Arthur Hodgins, Laura and
Pat held a miscellaneous shower
at their home and Mrs. Jim
Cunningham ; Joan and Jean were
hostesses for a miscellaneous
shower for relatives and friends
of the bride-to-be.

Mr. Arnold Lewis met with an
accident Thursday night when
his head was injured. He is in
St. Joseph's Hospital.
