Her daughter, Mrs. Shirley Shipway of Ailsa Craig, was the bride's attendant. The grooms- man for his brother was Clif- ford Cunningham, Mt. Brydges. The bride wore a turquoise dress with matching veil and she carried white and pink baby moms. Her attendant wore a mauve and white dress with blue and white nosegay. For travelling to Niagara Falls, New York and Long Point the bride wore a two-piece suit of brocaded pink with white ac- cessories and corsage of yellow and red. The couple will reside in Lon- don. A large community shower was held sponsored by members of St. James Anglican Church. Fellow student nurses of St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital honored Barbara with a miscel- laneous shower at St. Thomas. Mrs, Arthur Hodgins, Laura and Pat held a miscellaneous shower at their home and Mrs. Jim Cunningham ; Joan and Jean were hostesses for a miscellaneous shower for relatives and friends of the bride-to-be.
