Each afternoon from Monday to. Friday, close to 80 Hensel' youngsters make the trip by bus to the Exeter pool to take swimming instruction. A. Orr, Hen- sall, attended the Gilbert Reunion held at Canatara Park, Sarnia. Larry Gilbert, London, was in charge of sports. Conveners for 1969 are Mr. and Mrs. Wm McEachen, Sarnia, Family members attended from Flint, Drayton Plains, Som - bra, London, Arkona, Windsor, Sarnia and Hensall. Mother Parker is draw winner Mrs. Harold Parker was the winner of a chaise lounge in a "Mother Parker" draw at Al's Groceteria, Hensall, on Satur- day. Edward Schroeder who was taken to Victoria Hospital, Lon- don, last week by ambulance is improving. Miss Lois Simmons, nurse- in-training at Victoria Hospital, London, visited over the week- end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Simmons.
