and friends gathered in St. Pat-
rick's Parish hall to honor Mr.
and Mrs. Maurice MacDonald
who recently moved to Grand
Bend, and Mr. and Mas. Jack
Dickins who have sold their farm
and will move into their new
home when it is completed in
Exeter.
The evening was spent in play-
ing progressive euchre. Mrs.
Tom Kooy, Mrs. Clarence Mill-
son, Maurice MacDonald and
Harry Noels were the winners.
The guests of honor were call-
ed to the front and Mrs. Hugh
Davis read the address. Church
Wardens Bill Johnson and Hugh
Davis presented them with a
purse of money. Mrs. Bill John-
son presented a gift.
Both couples expressed their
thanks and invited all to visit
them.
